App previews use fictional account and event data. They are static illustrations and do not submit data to a product service. If you email us directly, we use your address and message to handle your request.

Sell your personal data, buy tickets with your identity, or share your address with another company for their marketing.

Reading pages does not require an account. Standard web logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) may be processed by Cloudflare to operate and protect the site.

If you accept analytics, we use PostHog’s EU-hosted service to measure visits, referral sources, page navigation, price searches, filters and chart use across foundmytickets.com and app.foundmytickets.com. We measure whether a search was made, how many results it returned and whether an event was selected, without sending your search text. We also measure loading times and unsuccessful requests to help improve the service. We do not enable session recordings or send payment details or email addresses. A shared analytics cookie recognises a browser across these sites and retains referral and campaign information for the current session, and your choice is saved for 180 days. You can decline or withdraw permission through Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes the PostHog analytics cookie; it does not automatically delete previously collected events. PostHog’s current free plan provides one year of analytics-event retention. Contact us for deletion requests.
